LDB support needs to be Pluginized and needs to be turnoffable.

Pretty much what the title says. It would not be a seperate addon like some addons do (DBM For example) but just a simple checkbox / slash command that could turn the support on or off. LDB code needs to be placed in its own file as well to unclutter the addon.

Its been started.. theres still a fragment of code though inside the core of the addon so I haven't achieved it yet. I have to look into hooking my event handler so I can properly execute some of the LDB code.
