Add support for WebSocket #10
Description
It would be nice to be able to connect to an XMPP server via WebSocket rather than the raw TCP socket. This is a defined standard documented here RFC 7395. And many XMPP servers support it.
This might be useful in cases such as a corporate restrictive firewall where only web traffic is allowed.
