Colors offset from rings

every now and then i get a bug that makes my color circles offset from the rings so when it supposed to hit a circle its not on the circle,

Can you provide a video or an image? I don't think i know what you are talking about. If you are using windows you can press Windows+G and use the game tabs recording feature.

If I correctly get what was told earlier, the thing described by Nezu423 is shown here. What I noticed, it happens when a speedy, tangled part cames and you fail at it.
