Feat: Implement the Time-blocked Account Screen

Description:
We need to implement a feature that allows users to create the timed-blocked savings account type.
This feature will be accessible from the Create a Savings Account screen through the Time-Blocked Account orange-colored card.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Users should be able to see their total savings amount
• The account fee should be visible just below the total savings amount
• A graph widget should display the discrepancies in a user's capital and interest over time
• Users should be able to select a saving periodicity (weekly or monthly)
• Users should be able to enter the amount they wish to save
• All currencies should be in dollars
