Feat: Build the New Savings Account Screen

Description:
We need to implement a feature that allows users to create a new savings account. This feature will be accessible from the Savings screen through the + New Savings Account black-colored button.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Users should be able to access the "Create Savings Account" screen from the "Savings" screen
• Users should be able to create three types of savings accounts; Time-blocked account, Normal account, and Budget account
• Users should be redirected to a dedicated screen for each type of account mentioned above
• Users should be able to go back to the Savings screen if they decide not to continue with the process through a back button.
