Add command to import a contract from testnet or mainnet

This will help us add new contracts automatically, especially ones that have longer dependency trees. This command should update our example flow.json with the contract being imported, as well as all of its dependencies. If there is a conflict in our example flow.json and what would be imported, the script should fail
