Split pExtras and dExtras for more graularity

Considering splitting up the dExtras and pExtras for more granular control over enabling/disabling.

I have not been able to think of any reason why this should not be done yet except for that most people would just have to make it symmetrical, adding friction when creating configs. Maybe this could be helped by adding a "advanced mode" or something to the config generator on web.
