EtherTune - deadlock on API requests

Using the last commit (393abe7), EtherTune gets stuck and stops working (cmd and miner window stay open).

@jmakov as GMiner reports your GPUs are not responsive, it seems like it then cannot respond to the API call. You can check if your hardware is in error mode via a manual execution of nvidia-smi, if there are any "ERR" entries in the GPU list, you need to reboot the system.
