Tests in tests directory need instructions #14
Description
Instructions should be added for running the test(s) in the tests directory.
What environment needs to be set up in order to run the test(s)?
In particular, which other repos need to be present to run the test(s), and (if any) how to point to them?
It is not clear to me whether the current state of the FlashX_RecipeTools repo (heads of main and other branches) passes the test(s), and/or how to determine this.
