Add dictionary describing measures in data files

The data files contain a lot of columns where it isn't immediately clear what they are. BIDS's approach to tabular data files is pretty interpretable. I'd consider BIDSifying those files and adding sidecar json files with descriptions of the columns. For more info, see the BIDS section on tabular files.
