Bug Description

Add a rift fancy warp menu:

Fancy Warp Menu mod (https://github.com/ILikePlayingGames/FancyWarpMenu) has this feature but it has reached eol (there was 1 unofficial pr but no updates since). Also fwm's version sometimes breaks when using mods like patcher or odin

This map looks nice but it is not functional. There is no teleportation with command in the Rift. It may be considered in the future but there are no plans for it at the moment.
