[Enhancment] Separate Missing Enchantments from Enchantment Parsing

Bug Description

Suggestion:
Could you make the “Missing Enchantments” feature independent from the “Enchantment Parsing” feature?

Currently, enabling Enchantment Parsing is required to use Missing Enchantments. However, this causes issues with Skyhanni’s enchantment parsing, which partially stops working.

Why don’t you try SBA Enchant Parsing instead? Or you could try disabling the FeatureSetting options. If you think SBA has any shortcomings, feel free to share your suggestions for improving it. Missing enchants will continue to function under enchant parsing.

It would be useful to allow customization of Ultimate Enchants for example, letting players choose whether maxed Ultimate Enchants should appear in rainbow colors.

There should be an option to enable or disable bold text formatting for enchants.

It would also be nice if commas matched the color of the enchant before them (e.g., if an enchant is rainbow-colored, the comma after it should be rainbow as well).

Enchants should be considered “maxed” based on the item they are applied to. For example, Efficiency V is max on an axe or shovel, but not on a drill so it should display as max only where it actually is max.
Additionally, this should work correctly for special cases for instance, on a Promising Shovel, Efficiency X is the maximum, but it currently still display as Mid Tier (blue), which should be fixed.
