Form download for teams #29
Description
A far future feature: teams can download their rubric forms for feedback. This form will be generated during download, since the data can be adjusted. Only possible after the event.
When picture uploads are added also possibility to download pictures. An extra option is to download the rubric form in the language they prefer (when language support is implemented).
