Settings/administration module

Module that implements the administration of the system, at least with the next functions. The (user) describes which user has access to the setting.

• General tournament settings, such as name and date (administrator)
• Import of teams (administrator, judge advisor)
• Choose language of the rubric forms (administrator)
• Setting for judging panels to save their panel (judging panel)
• Export of forms and rankings (administrator, head judge [for rankings], judge advisor [for nominations])
