We are making BEM *modules* instead of atom blocks #110
Description
More and more blocks consist only of other BEM blocks. These module blocks has almost no styling and are the forework for making them into Web Components.
We should move them to a different folder, e.i. modules or something like that. Then we can focus Web Component work on BEM blocks in that folder (modules).

- f-navigation
