the "assets" command should not blindly copy bower files to lib #19
Description
Since some of our dependencies need to manually (you can use search/replace) be changed. Our current implementation of the assets command from firefund-cli is very annoying. We have to do the replace every time we run npm run poly.
Keeping this here to document the bug. Will fix in firefund-cli when I have time.
