We need add State Sync test to e2e test.
Problem Definition
We are currently not testing state sync, which is causing issues like this PR #514.
Proposal
I propose to add State Sync test to e2e test.

- Appropriate labels applied
- Appropriate contributors tagged
- Contributor assigned/self-assigned
