Middleware exclusions and short circuiting

I used your awesome library in one of my projects, and added some customizations that I thought you may be interested in.

The first was based around the desire to exclude routes from the MultiTenant middleware. This follows the ExcludeFromDescription pattern used in OpenApi.
The second was the need to short circuit when a tenant was not found. The pattern used ended up being a mash up of the ShortCircuitMetadata & MapWhenMiddleware patterns. I would have preferred to use middleware options, I just couldn't figure out a convenient way to get it added to DI with the AddMultiTenant call, so I went with a specific implementation

I have never contributed to open source before. If there is another way to present these changes to your repository directly, I would be happy to do it.

Thanks I appreciate your involvement and I like your ideas. I recommend that you fork the repository and from there you can add your changes and create a Pull Request. I recommend a separate Pull Request for each feature.

I figured out how to create a pull request, but I'm not certain which branch you would want them created for. Main seems wrong.

You can create it for main and I will modify it to pull into a side branch if needed. Sometimes I merge right into main if it is straight forward.
