Dashboard on FP auction metric for GA

On dashboard and charts, for the initial development phase, id suggest we use grafana or similar observability tools to quickly iterate on the charts. Once that's done, we can refine and integrate them into a polished dashboard on pay.filecoin.cloud.
We can start with 3 charts first:

• Locked Amounts Chart:

  • Purpose: Visualize the amount of each token locked over time.
  • Metrics: Amount of FIL & USDFC locked
  • Chart Type: Line chart, to clearly show trends and growth over time.

• Settled Amounts Chart:

  • Purpose: Track the tokens that have been settled, measuring growth like ARR.
  • Metrics: Amount of FIL settled, Amount of USDFC settled.
  • Chart Type: Line chart, to highlight growth and trends over time.

• Burned Amounts Chart:

  • Purpose: Display the amount of tokens being burned, showing the impact on profitability.
  • Metrics: Amount of FIL burned (from settlement && auction)
  • Chart Type: Line chart, to clearly visualize the burn rate and trends.

As per the GA scope determined in XFN-221, having charts on these stats may be out of scope. Instead, we should display a single number.
