Difficulty to install dependencies

Hi,

First of all, thanks for the article and code! Very interesting. I am trying to run the Jupyter notebook using VS Code with Jupyter extensions. I create a venv and install the dependencies in requirement.txt. When I try to run part 0.2 (importing libraries), I get an error message:
cannot import name 'element_from_dict' from 'unstructured.documents.elements'

This function doesn't seem to exist?

I am using python version 3.13.5

I ran into that issue as well, so I turned to convert files to .json first, don't think "element_from_dict" works on my end with the unstructured package I installed.

But first using .json than later to .dict if needed works on my end
