Generated videos appear blurry and have a grid overlay pattern

When generating videos, the output appears very blurry and the entire frame is covered with a visible grid or mesh pattern.
How to solve that?

Suggest checking the installation environment, especially flash_attn

I used pytorch 2.5.1, cuda 12.4, flash_attn 2.8.3 and other packages were installed exactly from requirements.txt, still have the same problem. Which versions of PyTorch / CUDA / FlashAttention were used in your test or release setup?
I did not modify any code in the repository, are there any other possible causes for this problem?
