Improve Scroll View

[pilwon]

famous:layouts:scroll-view currently uses {overflow: scroll} that works fine on desktop web browsers but provides a terrible experience on mobile web browsers. Maybe we can improve it by integrating with iscroll or Zynga's scroller.

Using iscroll bad idea, becouse this lib now maintener left from project and she have > 400 issue
