Feature Request - A Bills tab at the bottom

Is it possible to create a tab at the bottom of the screen that was "Bills" that listed all the bills in progress and all the things that could be built. I find I often lose where things are supposed to be built or where they are being built. At the moment I have about 10 different types of workbenches and lose track of where "Marine Armour" needs to be built and where "toques" need to be made.

Is the armour under the tailor workbench or the Advanced Tech workbench?

I would love to be able to:

• Filter
  -- By Workbench
  -- Name or item
  -- Who is working on it
  -- Paused/Unpaused
  -- Suspended/Unsuspended
• Sort
  -- How much work is left
• See what bills are being worked on
• Add bills to be worked on (with a choice of which bench to add it to)
