Design and implement the main page of Restill, acting as the landing hub for users. The page should include quick access to mood tracking, journaling, and community features.

Requirements:

1. Create a minimalist layout for the main page based on the Figma design.
2. Include navigation tabs for Home, Mood Tracking, and Community.
3. Add a floating action button (FAB) for quick journaling.
