Add autonomous selector code for Beetle

The purpose of this ticket is to write the code that controls the autonomous selector switch, allowing us to read the value set by the knob so we can run different autonomous modes.

Deliverables:

• Be able to read the value set by the selector switch
• Run code assigned to a specific value when selected by the switch
