I already gave some feedback during the call but I wanted to collect it here, too.

Sensors

You might want to do some research which one would be better for your application. You can still use the opt101 + LED with specific wavelength if you only have to measure at one waveleght but then it is no real colorimeter

Peristaltic pumps & tubing

Most of the pumps have only a very small diameter tubing, have a look at that! For the Pasteur pipette photometer I used silicone tubing with an inner diameter of 5 mm and had an adapter to connect it with the peristaltic pump

Temperature sensor

I like the ds18b20 quite a lot. Super easy to use.

Looks good to me!
Be careful with those RGB LEDs because they don't have a linear emission in the VIS-spectrum because they "just mix" the light from the single LEDs with a narrow bandwidth. There is no better solution for this (apart from using a light bulb with a broad light spectrum and a prism which adds a new level of complexity) but check the spec sheets for the LED and maybe develop a calibration scheme.

We are aware of the spectral emission of RGB LEDs. We chose that one because we need to measure at 540nm (green led) and the RGB LED board simplifies the assembly and is widely available in the local market. There might be also some other reactions we could measure with the red led.
