Scope

Finalization pass for README consistency, naming hygiene, and documentation structure.

Findings

  1. README variants were in a drifted state:
    • README-COMPLEX.md and README-COMPLICATED.md existed simultaneously.
    • README-SIMPLE.md had been deleted.
  2. Naming references inside advanced README content were inconsistent.
  3. Main README.md had mixed layers (standard guidance + onboarding extension), but remained structurally valid.

README Actions Completed

  1. Restored README-SIMPLE.md as the concise beginner variant.
  2. Standardized advanced variant naming to README-COMPLICATED.md.
  3. Updated in-file naming reference to use README-COMPLICATED.md.
  4. Removed duplicate README-COMPLEX.md to eliminate naming collision.

Final README Set

  1. README.md (standard/default)
  2. README-SIMPLE.md (concise/beginner)
  3. README-COMPLICATED.md (advanced/power users)

Open Notes

  • This audit intentionally did not modify unrelated pending files (e.g., chapter/image changes).
  • If desired, a follow-up pass can normalize style overlap between README.md and the extended onboarding section.

Status

AAK FINALIZE: Completed for naming and README variant integrity.

2026-04-10 Sync Addendum

Follow-up alignment pass completed for the automation layer:

  1. Added a shared requirements.txt for repo-level dependency install.
  2. Synced Quick-Start.md, README.md, and src/README.md to the current script set and canonical YAML path.
  3. Fixed wrapper/script path handling so repo-root execution is consistent.
  4. Restored the missing youtube_uploader.sh wrapper body and aligned options/help text.

AAK REVIEW SYNC: Documentation and dependency guidance are now aligned with the current repo state.

2026-04-13 Content Intake Log (FA)

User-provided Persian content was ingested for log tracking under AAK sync workflow.

Image-story documentation was redone to better explain curation logic and the next media phase.

  1. Rewrote AAK-NEW-IMAGES-STORY.md to remove duplicated prose and clarify the visual narrative arc.
  2. Added explicit guidance that images operate as a language with their own sequencing and caution logic.
  3. Synced the operational handoff from images to music, narration, and video packaging across AAK tracking files.
  4. Refreshed shared dependency minimums in requirements.txt for the current Python automation stack.
  5. Created placeholder media directories for media/audio/, media/music/, and media/videos/.

Media Handoff Scope Note

  • The full intake index remains the catch-all discoverability layer for the image repository.
  • Public-use eligibility still depends on visual-ops curation and quarantine status.
