Create Grunt plugin for msl-server

Enable Grunt users to make grunt task to start up MSL Server via Grunt plugin

I don't know if this still in the works but I cooked up https://github.com/toberoo/grunt-msl . It requires some changes so that msl can be launched from within other node projects: toberoo@981b70a . Let me know what you think.

Looks like my stuff got merged in. Whenever it gets updated to npm, I can make the grunt runner use the new entry point. Let me know if you have any questions.
