Discussed in the February 26 meetup: We should have a community meeting (like the current DIIP meetups) on a monthly basis, and, in addition, a bi-weekly meeting for the technical development of the profile and testing. The duration of the community meeting could be 1,5 hours. The duration of the technical meeting could be 1 hour. |

Over the past three years, DIIP has grown into a respected technical interoperability initiative.
To accelerate global adoption, strengthen governance, and align with other ecosystems, we are considering hosting DIIP under the Open Wallet Foundation (OWF).
If a simple majority (50% + 1) of votes cast is in favor (👍), we will initiate the transition of DIIP to OWF.
In parallel, we will adjust the monthly DIIP meeting schedule to better accommodate global time zones and broaden international participation.
