screensaver inhibit on Windows (and Wayland)?

Screensaver inhibition is now implemented on D-Bus. based on https://github.com/videolan/vlc/blob/master/modules/misc/inhibit/dbus.c


1. does it work on wayland with -vs waylandsink?  look at:  https://github.com/videolan/vlc/blob/master/modules/misc/inhibit/wl-idle-inhibit.c

2.  What about windows?  look at: https://github.com/videolan/vlc-3.0/blob/master/modules/video_output/win32/inhibit.c
