Gstream Error on windows 10

Hello Friends! ive built the windows version recently and ive gotten this error that seems to not be fixed no matter what i do

Required gstreamer plugin 'libav' not found
Missing plugin is contained in '[GStreamer 1.x]-libav'

assuming the gstreamer-libav package is installed, ( see https://github.com/FDH2/UxPlay#building-uxplay-on-microsoft-windows-using-msys2-with-the-mingw-64-compiler )

try deleting the gstreamer cache ~/.cache/gstreamer-1.0, it may be corrupted.
