Libraries not loaded

When using the functions the libraries are not loaded. I tried the parse_f24() function and that one depends on:
xml2
dplyr
purrr

It then also gives this error for my file:

Error in `$<-.data.frame`(`*tmp*`, "140", value = numeric(0)) : 
  replacement has 0 rows, data has 2
```
