Nice Work :)
Your Package.json is your contract with the anyone want to read or use your project so make sure to tack good care of it.
I have the following notes:
1- in line 5 you state that your main file is main.js but I didn't find any in this path.
2- In the scripts you have start script that usually refers to the main in line 5.
3- We learned to use nodemon but I can't see any script for it.
4- in the devDependencies you have nodemon but you never use it so make sure to drop the dependencies that you want use.

I don't understand your 1 , 2 notes.
about nubmer 3 , we used nodemon while coding and testing, Howerver we disaled it from the package.json so it will work in heruko. because there is no need to use it in heuko and it will pop an error in it.
as for number4 note, its the same as number3
