Posting Backblasts in 'Other' Channels

We just started using the F3 Nation App. I've loaded all of our settings. But when creating a Backblast, selecting an AO is required but we're accustomed to posting backblasts in channels like #blackops, #rucking, #running or #qsource very frequently. The window requires an AO be selected, and these are not AOs. I hesitate to create them as AOs b/c those have locations and other implications.

How can we create backblasts for these non-AO events?

I may have figured it out by looking at other regions' setups. It looks like in the Calendar Settings, we need to create these backblast-able channels as AOs too - not just strictly real "AOs". So, I added the above (i.e. blackops, qsource, etc.) as AOs so they appear in the Backblast reequired field of AO.
