Dashboard console (Monitoring & Control) #14
Description
There should be a logging system to monitor AURA and a control system to interfere AURA in case of hallucination, breach of rules, and other bad cases. This should be implemented via CLI first.
- Show basic system status (health, version) of AURA.
- Display logs and recent events of AURA.
- Implement an interference toggle to AURA
