Locations south of equator store out of bounds

I am finding that saved locations in the southern hemisphere store not as x, where x is the Latitude from 89.9 to -89.9, but instead as 360-x.
In this sample I saved my location on Minmus, but when then loading, I get a number error.


In the landcoords.cfg file, the location saved is

I have found this on both Minmus and Kerbin. Hyper Edit 1.5.8.0 via CKAN

I'm sorry but I don't know what to do about this. I'm not the creator of HyperEdit and I don't really know C# very well.

I'm hoping someone will see this and be able to help.
