Save ruining glitch

For some VERY weird reason, when I stick upgrades into the containers, they make blocks invisible. I can still interact with them so its not completely ruined but stuff like furniture, grass and pumpkins all vanish below the point where I upgraded the containers. I can no longer delete modules because they crash the game, I can send you this log if you want.

I can enable and disable them and it does what it normally should but nothing else. If I add more containers I think it crashes, will try with some lower rank ones. Last thing I have left to try is to channel all my items out of the glitched zone, delete the glitched zone using the cheat menus paint tools and hope for the best.

But please can you look into this, my last save did it and I couldn't work out any fixes and just gave up on it. I am not even certain if it's magic storage but loading the world without mods shows the pink blocks and everythings returned but it only happens when I attempt to upgrade modules. Might be a combination with my other mods so let me know if you want that list too.

Update. Can't place any storage things next to it. Crashes immediately. Will try max upgrading them and maybe one of the upgrade tiers doesnt make shit vanish.

I disabled all mods but cheat sheet and magic storage extra, and it loaded them in. So I guess I have something that VERY peculiarly conflicts with it. Would you be able to help me find out which mod it is? Thanks for your time.

Try disabling SGAmod

I disabled it to no effect, it does the same thing. I kind of worked out something too.

When you have too many mods and I think calamity does it too, certain aesthetic items like trophies/mannequins/paintings have the glitched appearance where they look like 2 tiles at once and if you place them they break immediately and turn into 2 different items.

The storage modules above the basic one all have this appearance before you place them.

Not SGA causing this issue though.
