Store defaults in a per user JSON somewhere with ability to set/clear from command line.

Basically the clara tool would save this information somewhere locally. It would be understood that this is not a secure storage form, but rather for convenience.

This would only be for command line usage. Not for use when using the module I guess...

And it would be overriden if you specified user/token/host on the command line.

I view there being settings stored in a JSON somewhere and we just need a way to modify that json from the clara command line - set and clear variables by name would be the easiest.
