unpack200 no longer supported

plugin won't install on Netbeans running a recent JDK.
The workaround is to use the unpack200 command from older JDKs.
`sudo ln -s /etc/alternatives/unpack200 /usr/lib/jvm/java-18-openjdk-amd64/bin/`
or something like it
