Automatic warning if Run name not in stream title #9
Description
Use the Twitch API to regularly check the stream title, and create a TimedMessage to output a warning if the current Run name isn't found in the stream title, with an output limit of 3 and an interval of 5 minutes.
Use Setting lookup for the "Current Run" Setting to see what to search for in the stream title.
Example warning text: "The stream title does not contain "". Did you forget to do the !setrun command?"
