You might need @bacons/text-decoder in React Native when you need functionality similar to the built-in JavaScript TextDecoder API, which is commonly available in web browsers but missing in React Native environments.

Common Use Cases:

1. Decoding Uint8Array to String:
   React Native does not have native support for the TextDecoder API, so when you receive binary data (like network requests, files, or cryptographic operations), converting Uint8Array to a readable string becomes challenging.

   For instance:
