Include a new information entity: academic calendar #41
Description
Institutions have different academic calendars. Usually, there is a main academic calendar, but then several calendars can be considered for specific programmes. All them should be supported by the CC.
For students, they should have clear and precise information about the key dates regarding the institution and the programme of their interest.
Academic calendars could be provided as "specifications" and "instances". The Academic calendar specification would provide a general description of the academic calendar, with the information that does not change from year to year. For example: an institution has two academic periods: the first one goes from September to January, and the second one goes from the end of January to July. The academic calendar instance will include the information that could change from year to year. For example, exact starting date and finish date for each academic period.
The programmes and courses should be linked to a certain academic calendar specification.
The course instance should be linked to a certain academic calendar instance.
