Develop and add rules for coverage #1
Description
The current input TAP partitions of a parent A into blocks Bi, or
- (A B1 B2 .. Bn)
in CleanTax syntax, are support via pp(X,Y) and dr(X,Y) rules, but rules for "parent coverage" are missing. Hence an example such as tap2x2 which has the "magnificent 7" PWs has too many (82) PWs ..
