try if we can implement version_filepath for `in`

check if we can implement a dynamic input version for in .. it cannot be done straight forward, since check does not allow for a param or even mounting, so what we basically do is,

• if version_filepath is set as a param on in, ignore version from check and use the other one

What we need to ensure is, if actual resources are mounted into an in so we could use a semver
