Grab “Keyboard” localization from the settings panel manually

I mentioned in the pull request that I could, in theory, use the Keyboard panel in Settings\General\ as a source for the group cell title. I'm just gonna do this the simple way: copy the cell name. No fancy workarounds.

(side note: I wish there were some kind of "commonly used terms" spreadsheet that people could contribute to -- that way, problems like this could be avoided easily.)
