Telescope integration question

Hello and what a lovely plugin you've created!

I'm wondering if the Telescope integration is mainly used just to get the preview, or if being able to jump to, for example, service and message definitions is something that's intended?

I'm working on a project where this would be very useful, so I'm probably going to set this up for myself (eventually), but I'd like to know if I should try to incorporate it directly into your plugin. Jumping to or creating temp log files from echo topic is also something that I'd find quite nice.

unfortunately it just offers a preview of the ROS interfaces.

I also thought about having the functionality to directly jump to the interfaces definitions, but I didn't find the time to implement it.

Feel free to open PR for these ideas. I would appreciate it👌
