Welcome page flow text not scaling right

On the welcome page, the flow text does not scale as expected. Desired result:

- "Welcome to Full-Plate" should always be the width of the page
- The text should not wrap around, rather scale down with smaller apps
- Text should not get dramatically smaller on different screens

Currently, it does not achieve these goals. It scales way too quickly, and gets very small for small screens.
