If a patron submits a materials request, and cancels it after it has been moved to a status with Check for holds?, the request will show that it has the status with Set When Patron Cancels? but it will still show under Requests Needing Holds.
The only way to get it off that screen at that point, is to set it to a status with Hold Placed Successfully? or Hold Not Needed?
It will no longer reappear on the Requests Needing Holds screen after that point (at least in my testing), so staff can go back to the Manage Materials Requests screen and reset it back to the Set When Patron Cancels? status without fear of repeating the process for that one again.
