Aspen Patron holds from Evergreen will not load more than about 100 holds

If a patron has more than 100 holds, Aspen seems to time out and will not show any on the patron account screen. This discovery issue was a patron who had 443 total frozen holds but when trimmed back to around 100, they would display.
