When a Material Request is made with the option to place a hold on an item, and it comes time to place that hold in the Material Request "Requests Needing Holds" screen, if the item has multiple volumes, it will error explaining that the volume needs to be selected. However, Aspen does not provide a volume interface in this screen for staff to be able to make that selection. It looks like Aspen creates title holds by default if there are not multiple volumes.
Aspen should allow for situations where a volume needs to be selected directly on the Material Request interface, so staff do not need to leave this interface to manually create a hold for a patron.
